Description
Custom piece, made for the joy of the process. Quarter for scale, a similar piece can be commissioned. Inspired by The Sandman graphic novel series by Neil Gaiman. One of the characters in the series is a fairly sardonic raven, Matthew. I love the series, and the character.
This piece was constructed of all manner of exotic scraps banging around my shop. Among those: Purple Heart, bloodwood, padauk, ebony, blued pine, walnut, maple.
